An article written and published by Sioux Falls business announced that Forbes Magazine recently ranked the top three banks in each state, and we are proud to share that Dakotaland FCU was the only credit union in the state named to the list.
The magazine partnered with Statista, a market research firm, “to conduct in-depth interviews of more than 26,000 U.S. citizens from all 50 states on their banking relationships,” it said. The interview consisted of an overall satisfaction score and the likeliness of a customer or member recommending the financial institution. Respondents were asked to answer questions from 6 different pillars of service: trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, customer service, and financial advice.
They based their rankings on a scale of 1 to 100, with scores ranging from 74.2 to 93.6. 2.7% of all banks nationwide were named to the list, and we were the only credit union in SD listed.
